Tried Trishna recently and honestly it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We ordered a few dishes (the ones in the pictures), and most of them were absolutely delicious. The only one I didn’t personally enjoy was the lamb cutlet or rib. It just wasn’t to my taste. But to be fair, the flavor was still nice, just not something I’d order again. The highlight of the meal was definitely the lamb dish in gravy, recommended by our waiter. It was so rich and flavorful, easily the star of the show. Huge thanks to the waiter for the recommendation. Speaking of service, it was more than amazing. The staff were super professional and experienced. One of them even advised us that we might be ordering too much, which we actually appreciated. It showed they cared about the experience, not just the bill. And one last nice touch: when we asked for the check, they brought out some complimentary Indian sweets. It was a small gesture, but it left a great impression. Overall, I’d honestly give this place a 100 out of 10. Would totally recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Trishna was my first Michelin star experience in London, and I must say it did very much stand up to my expectations. I am an Indian and to eat good genuine Indian food in London is such a pleasure. Trishna delivers the flavors of India in a classy fashion. What I also like about it is that compared to other Michelin experiences, Trishna is a lot more affordable. Highly recommend the lunch set menu. I would not fault any dish on the lunch set menu. Even their cocktails are worth a try.

Had the 4 course lunch set menu here. The restaurant is certainly deserving of it's Michelin star status. The starters in particular were delicious and the chefs had really taken classic Indian flavours/dishes and presented them in a unique way. I really enjoyed the experimentation of flavours and thought they worked incredibly well. The main course was very good, but not as outstanding as the other dishes - the flavours itself were authentic and delicious, but could have been a little stronger to match the punchy flavours of the other courses. The service was excellent. Great atmosphere too. I would have given them 5 stars, but the only reason I knocked one off, is because I developed mild food poisoning. It was the only meal I had the whole day, and I do not have a medical condition that could have been the cause. I am also used to food that is spicier than what I had, so it was not the spice. This was as big a surprise to me, as all the food was served piping hot. The only culprit could have been the prawn relish (which was delicious) served with the papadams. I hope management will maybe review food storage/handling protocols. Would I go again - absolutely, it was worth it!
