We were traveling thru Texas and looking for a room for the night. Read all kind of good reviews for this hotel so decided we would stay for the night and the price was good. The main problem up front was they had 2 double beds in the room instead of queen. Me and my husband either had to sleep in separate beds or get real close The second one was the bathroom. The toilet paper holder wasi so far away from the toilet that I had to get paper before I sat down. . I took a shower the next morning and the drain wasn't working, so I took my shower and a half bath at the same time. They are apparently remodeling and has some nice features in the room. But As you entered the room, I noticed a great big stain on the carpet. Also noticed the locking mechanism had been replaced but it looked like to had been busted out, which would be the reason for the repair. There was coffee in the lounge and a prepacked muffin but no breakfast. Needless to say that's the one and only time I'll stay there.

Right next to a Cajun restaurant!! The rooms were fresh and clean, fun decor with pops of yellow, and a great ring lit mirror. Pool looked VERY clean but I did not get a chance to dip. AC worked well. Not too noisy. Breakfast in the morning was simple wrapped muffins and fresh apples. LOVED the orange juice! East checking in (even after midnight) and out.

The rooms are what they are for a normal motel. They were clean, no weird smell in the room and ac worked well. Very close to good food but best was the front desk. They were very helpful, I was goofy enough to leave behind my wallet and they graciously got it back to me all intact. If you are driving through a great place to crash.

Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Check in went smoothly. Room was nice and about what was expected for the price. |We were awakened before 8 a.m. by weed eating and mowing right outside our room. We definitely could have done without that!!
