Pacific is a great company. They really truly care about their drivers. Lots of miles so be ready to run hard. I know many companies lie, but you will get 3-4k miles a week dedicated.
The “owner” of the company not only lies but also violates states laws. Payroll is unprofessional, hangs up on you when she’s confronted. Not to mention condescending. Preaches they take care of their own, but as soon as you are not a value to the company you get pushed to the side
I had one of their drives hit my driver side mirror going down the interstate. I call their safety department within 15 mins of the incident and gave him all the information. I was told he would get back to me and I didn’t hear anything for a day I called back and spoke with the safety department and I was informed that their driver did not recall anything and there was no damage to the tractor or trailer. He asked for pictures of my damage and I heard nothing for two days I called a third time and I was told that I would need to file an insurance claim. Very unprofessional and did not see that the damage to my truck ($700) was something that they should have to make right.
