I cannot attest to the quality of their work, only to their poor communication, and lack of professionalism and courtesy. We had appointments set up 2 times which I repeatedly had to confirm with them and took time off work for both days. They no showed both appointments and there was no communication either time until I reached out to them. Again, they may do perfectly good work but the lack of communication does not set a good precedent.

I have worked predominantly with Rusty at Page, although Ronnie has also worked on my properties. I had a specific incident through which Page really earned my trust. It was during a cold snap in February of 2022, and I had an issue with my electrical service at a rental property that I own....and this problem resulted in a very upset tenant. Rusty came to the property and solved the issue on a Saturday night when the Cats were playing ! He detected a loose terminal, solved the matter and enabled me to confidently communicate the solution to the tenant. They are good local guys that I trust. I don't have a lot of electrical work but they know their stuff and do what they say they are going to do.
