Phyllis is the best massage therapist we have used in the GTA. So much better than anyone you can see at one of the big chains. She always prices it such that it’s fully covered by insurance. Her place is very serene and comfortable and she has the knack of knowing what is hurting and how to make your pain dissipate.

I have only been working with Phyllis for a few weeks, but have completely convinced she's the right therapist for me. I first visited Phyllis after a very stressful work week and I was in need for a deep tissue massage. The experience was awesome so I quickly booked two other appointments for before and after my 10K race. As someone with chronic shoulder and neck pain, and a long distance runner, I have worked with quite a few RMTs and consider myself very picky in choosing my therapist. Phyllis is very knowledgeable in her field, appropriately adjusts her technique and focus based on different needs I had, and also has great bedside manner and provides awesome customer service.
