Courtney at PSP has been excellent handling the rental of my Park Cr. home. They stay on top of your home to insure it is well taken care of. She was always quick to respond and quick to act when my house needed attention or if I had a question. On move out of the renter they cleaned the house and touched it up to my standards! I wanted to share my move-in experience: The property we are paying over $4K for per month was not cleaned properly prior to move in. There was a cockroach in the master, pieces of food debris over the pantry doors and kitchen cabinets, long black hairs all over the floors, etc. The toilets upstairs were not bolted to the floors and wiggle off the base. There are multiple areas that need cleaning and maintenance updates, within the house and around the exterior as well. There was a dilapidated play set left in the backyard and a broken wooden bench. These are safety issues for my toddler. We have had the house for a whole month prior to moving in so the property management company has had plenty of time to clean properly and address these maintenance concerns. I will be reaching out to them on Monday to ask for a deduction of the cleaning services I need to order from our rent. I will comment with updates.
