Linda Lee in the Referral Department has helped me in the past, and she has always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I had an urgent referral situation, and once again she was absolutely incredible. She responded immediately, handled everything with professionalism and genuine care, and kept me informed every step of the way. What could have been a very stressful situation was made so much easier because of her attention to detail and follow-through. As someone who works in the benefits space, I truly recognize exceptional service - and Linda is the best of the best. She’s part of an outstanding team, and it absolutely shows. I’m incredibly grateful for her support!

I had a 5pm appointment for an ultrasound of my thyroid in the radiology department. The admitting clerk took my information promptly as well as it was only a short wait once I arrived in the radiology reception room. I wish I could remember the name of the tech who did the test. She was pleasant and professional. She explained at the end how my results would be handled. I cannot think how this visit could have been improved. Thank you PPGH. Our town is very lucky to have such an advanced medical facility.

My experience Thursday at PP radiology was awesome. Wait time was minimum n actually getting my extensive sonogram done was comfortable and smoothly done. Love when it's in and out n done! Almost pleasant.
