The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and despite multiple requests for the housekeeping to rid dust from the floors, the apartment remained dusty throughout our stay. We arrived for check-in at around 10:30 p.m. and were disappointed to learn that room service ends at 9:00 p.m.. As we just arrived from travel with tired children, going out was not an option, leaving us to rely on external food delivery, which arrived past midnight. Staff declined to assist with bringing the food to our room, citing policy. This contradicts the expectation of serviced suites, which should provide hotel-style comfort and support—particularly for late arrivals. The staff showed little willingness to assist when issues were raised, and requests for help were largely ignored. When you had heavy bags or packages to carry the staff ignored you and let you do the heavy lifting yourself which was the most disappointing part about all this. In addition, the quality of the bedding and pillows was unsatisfactory. We came for a holiday to relax but everything during our stay was so stressful I sincerely hated it. Overall, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or service. Probably never come back again.

Hotel room is new and huge, very good for family, I stayed for a 2 bedroom apartments for 2 nights, receptionist beta and the girl who is cleaning the room is super helpful and professional, highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Pan pacific Serviced Apartments in Nairobi. The service was excellent from start to finish, with very attentive and professional staff. The accommodation was top-notch—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was great with good variety and quality. The location is very convenient, and the amenities are well thought out, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

The suites are modern, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to feel at home. |What stood out the most during my stay was the gym. It’s well-equipped, clean, and perfectly suited for both casual workouts and more intensive training. I used the gym often, and it quickly became one of my favourite parts of the property. I especially appreciated having a trainer, Shema. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and really helped me get the most out of my sessions.|The amenities throughout the hotel were impressive and thoughtfully designed. From the welcoming staff to the relaxing atmosphere. |I highly recommend Pan Pacific Suites to anyone visiting Nairobi.
