They show zero respect for patients and are consistently rude and arrogant. Everyone is busy, yet they behave as if they are the only ones with work to do. They make things unnecessarily complicated, are unhelpful, and often seem clueless about what’s going on. Calls are rarely answered, and when they are, you’re placed on hold for over 30 minutes until you eventually give up and disconnect.

I visited after being referred by a walk-in doctor, only to be met with unprofessional and outright rude behavior from the staff. Instead of explaining any concerns politely, they were dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. As a patient, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but the nurses and doctor at this clinic showed none. Healthcare professionals should prioritize patient care and communication, not treat people poorly over administrative or billing issues. If they had simply explained the situation professionally, it would have been fine, but their attitude was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this clinic. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not hostility.

Racheal HillI guess I saw dr. Joan's. Unfortunately my health catd is over a year expired as I am healthy and haven't needed to gonto the doctor. But I was desperate with an ear ache almost unbearable told I scratched my ear and I must have burnt my throat on food and that's why I have a sore throat. I have been 3 days on ear drops advil and Tylenol. And was being given ear drops...not antibiotics. In an enormous amount of pain then lectured about my health card asking if I am an adult and trown out told to go to my family doctor. I needed help and that's why I went there...and I wasted an hour of time while in extreme pain. Thanks.
