PEONYX Pilates Studio

If you are looking for Pilates reformer classes that are small in size, challenging, and taught by experienced instructors, then Peonyx is the place for you. All their instructors are fully trained, and the small class size (max 7), allows the opportunity to get individual corrections. The real bonus is Pilates itself. It is definitely body changing, and when done consistently, you will actually feel the difference. Thank you Peonyx team for helping me reach my fitness goals.

I’ve been doing private Pilates sessions with Leja at Peonyx Studio, and she’s truly amazing! Not only is she an incredible instructor, but she’s also so in tune with what my body needs to get stronger and feel better. I came in with constant back pain, tightness, and terrible posture, but with Leja’s help, my back pain is almost completely gone and my core feels so much stronger. Plus, the studio itself is absolutely beautiful! I genuinely look forward to every session, I can’t recommend Leja enough!

Our physiotherapy team had a fantastic experience at Peonyx Pilates. Anya led an incredibly well-structured group class that offered both a great workout and valuable clinical insight. There was a ton of crossover between Pilates principles and what we practice in rehab — from breathwork to core control and movement sequencing. Anya’s knowledge and teaching style really stood out. She took the time to explain the “why” behind each movement, which our clinicians truly appreciated.
