We put in a maintenance request and Chris Thorp took great care of us! Chris was communicative, respectful of our home, and resolved the issue with our shower quickly. I’d also like to generally recommend Performance Properties! They’ve been great to rent from, and are always very responsive to our requests. We had an issue with our plumbing recently, which led to flooding in our basement. Our property managers were *amazing* to work with—they took the issue seriously, and really went above and beyond to help us out and prioritized reducing the stress of the issue. We had a team of professionals at our house within an hour, after hours, and we didn’t have to lift a finger. We’re very grateful to them for how they managed the issue. I can highly recommend this company!

Not only was Kay incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process, but I was also able to move in sooner than I expected, which was such a relief, she made sure everything was ready ahead of time, and the whole experience was seamless. This rating goes to the maintenance team. I’ve had a great experience with the workers that come to fix whatever issue may come up. They’re always friendly and helpful. This occasion I put a request in and in less than an hour Nathaniel Bennett called and was almost to my home to fix the issue. It was a nice experience because he remembered me and my dog, who loved a quick play session with him. He also checked back in on the previous work he’d done the year prior. The company isn’t always this quick at resolving issues but when someone comes I have a great experience with the maintenance crew.

Celia is absolutely amazing! She’s always so helpful, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving issues, or just being available when needed, she consistently provides outstanding service. I also want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team—they’re efficient, friendly, and quick to respond whenever something needs fixing. It really makes a difference knowing you can count on the whole team to keep things running smoothly.
