I purchased two pairs of glasses and was quite surprised upon receiving them: The first one, Andy Wolf, was the wrong model. It didn’t come with a card or a box showing the product code. The second one, Kuboraum, also lacked an authenticity card and warranty. Both seemed like display items. How can such a big store deliver products like this to customers? My question was answered when I read the reviews on Google.

Item was shipped very fast but I was sent a completely different item. Ordered the Walter Van Beirendonck Beam Me Up necklace with the transparent beads but was sent the one with green beads. Had to return the order and there wasn’t a single option for a replacement. Lost out on FX fees and spent an entire week waiting for the refund. Was offered a 10% off but there wasn’t an attempt to update their database to reflect the correct style code since my last feedback.

Disappointing Customer Service and Poor Packaging Quality I recently ordered from LN-CC and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The box arrived smashed all around, with even a hole in it, showing a clear lack of care during packaging and shipping. Despite contacting customer service, my concerns were dismissed, and the only solution offered was to return the item at my own inconvenience. With no accountability or compensation for the damaged packaging, I’ve now decided to return the item. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for LN-CC. I will not be shopping with LN-CC again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before purchasing. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and handling of this issue.

I was afraid of all bad reviews about this store, but decided to risk. Want to share my positive experience at online store. Customer care answered quickly at all my questions. My Jacquemus bag is wonderful! But need to improve app ( a lot of bugs) and delivery information, as at the website still exist information about delivering from UK and packing of parcel.
