My parents had lived in their home for 22 years, my mom passed in 2022 and my dad in 2024. I reached out to Joe for a consultation and felt his compassion of our situation through his empathy. He shared his knowledge of the services that would be prevalent and his availability. Joe drove to meet me in person from PA to NJ, to add value to the next steps as he walked through the home. The dumpster and team arrival were on schedule. We had potential buyers that scheduled time during the work day and Joe accommodated as well as added crew and supplies to complete the job in 1 day vs. 2 days. Joe and his crew were outstanding. I had to settle an estate of a friend who had lived in the house for over 20 years. Not sure that he ever threw anything away. Personal property managers came in and did a fantastic job. They were available in a short time after I met with Joe. Because of the location of the property, large dumpsters could not be brought in. They ended up with box trucks taking things to the dump. Joe kept me up to date with pictures of the process. The house is now up for sale and I am so thankful that they did such a good job cleaning it out. I definitely would recommend them.
