This was the first time coming here with my cat. He had severe mats on his belly and Man, this guy was very professional very gentle with my cat . He was very calm. Best groomer in Coquitlam I’m telling you also, he was very patient with my cat since he was trying to run away most of the time. This was 10 out of 10.
Yesterday I took my cats for grooming. Ace gave them a lions cut and trimmed their nails. He was extremely patient and knew how to deal with two dramatic cats. My cats got a lot of compliments on the way home! I will definitely return to groom my cats. Thank you Ace
I used Ace for my almost 4 month old Havanese puppy's first grooming. From the start he was quick to respond to my questions/messages. He requires a small e-transfer deposit to secure your booking - which I can understand. He was on time and was SOOO sweet with Benny, taking the time to get to know him and helping him get comfortable. Upon pick up Benny was giving Ace kisses and lots of loves - which is a great sign that he was treated and handled well! He was long overdue for a trim and looks like a new dog! Thank you again Ace :-)
