ChristinaI used Ace for my almost 4 month old Havanese puppy's first grooming. From the start he was quick to respond to my questions/messages. He requires a small e-transfer deposit to secure your booking - which I can understand. He was on time and was SOOO sweet with Benny, taking the time to get to know him and helping him get comfortable. Upon pick up Benny was giving Ace kisses and lots of loves - which is a great sign that he was treated and handled well! He was long overdue for a trim and looks like a new dog! This is a reasonably priced service, creates consistency for our pup, convenient for us, and, most of all, offers the best experience for Loki. No long days having to wait around to be groomed and sitting in a kennel.
