We always use their grooming service and groomers are always friendly and understand how to handle dogs. However today was a nightmare experience. Our dog experienced a cut to his paw pad of which were told it was the bath tub that cut him. Highly impossible to be cut like that as upon further review it appeared that he may have been cut by a pair of scissors or hair grooming machine. This is unacceptable and a total disregard for handling of dogs or keeping the work place in an orderly manner. Never returning to that dirty place again as this is gross negligence on the part of the groomers. All the groomers done was spray a disinfectant on his paw; of which was probably the right approach but nothing thereafter as we were led to believe the cut was in between his paws. Our dog bled at home with multiple gauze changes and now we have to deal with the unnecessary admin Petworld has brought upon us. We will review and ensure he gets vet treatment of which Petworld XXL will be liable for the costs incurred. Completely and utterly unacceptable. Don’t bring your dog there as they have lost their touch.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Plant Quality I spoke to Maktha, the manager, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve. When you go to a store, you expect to find healthy, good-quality products—especially when it comes to plants. However, every time I visit, the plants are in terrible shape. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on the brand. Someone from corporate really needs to look into this.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful, but I really must say that I got exceptional service from Ronald today. He obviously really knows his stuff and was incredibly helpful and informative. These five stars are for you Ronald
