I was always amazed at Claire's sweet attitude when I would ask for another change. We are thrilled we went through this process because we would have never arrived at the design we finally settled on. We are now so content that we have the best design for our home and our needs.

We worked with Phase One on our kitchen and bathroom renovation project and I must say from start to construction documents in hand the team there is fantastic. Pam and CJ initially came for the consultation, and CJ came back to do the imaging, and then I primarily worked with Claire and Meredith. Everyone there is knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive. They are quick to answer questions, make changes to documents in process, etc. We are now currently in the middle of the actual renovation and working with Phase One is one of the best decisions that we made.
