Excellent first visit with Dr. Jung. The full exam and cleaning took a bit longer, but the advanced Cavitron cleaning left my teeth noticeably cleaner than any past dentist who used traditional scalers. Dr. Jung was thorough and knowledgeable—she showed me my small cavity on screen, explained preventative care, and gave recommendations other dentists never mentioned. The front office ran my insurance quickly and provided a clear, accurate bill. Support staff were friendly and the whole environment felt welcoming and honest. Highly recommend.

They started off strong, office is warm and welcoming. The doctor was straightforward and did a decent job at extracting my tooth. Then on my follow up appointment I showed up to the office and no one was there. No call, nothing. It took me three times to get a hold of someone to find out they forgot to reschedule my appointment due to office maintenance. Okay I’ll let that slide, mistakes happen. It took them two more weeks to get me back in. Then for my appointment to get a ct scan, at 8:56am (my appointment is at 9am), I am in there parking lot, I get a text saying they missed rescheduling my appointment due to a “glitch in their automated scheduling system”. Needless to say that was the last straw. So I went to another doctor, only to find out they missed the tooth next to the one I had removed, it needed extracted too. And on top of that, my wife and I both had to repeatedly call them about a 1000 dollars they were supposed to reimburse us. I honestly believe we would not have got it back if we weren’t so persistent. So I would not recommend this practice. If I could give less than one star I would.

Dr. Jung is the best! As someone who doesn’t particularly like the dentist, she made me feel the most comfortable I ever have sitting in that chair, and I could not recommend her enough. Aside from being hilarious and very down to earth person, she is extremely professional and great at what she does! She really takes the time to explain and educate you on oral health and does it in a way that isn’t complicated with medical jargon. 10/10, if you’re looking for a dentist, this is it!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I got in for my initial appointment very quickly. Dr. Jung took her time with me and I never felt rushed. The office manager Becky spent a lot of time with me to figure out all of my financial options so we could pick what would work best for me and she never judged me. I cannot remember the assistants name but she was also very patient and kind. Thank you all!
