They’re the best! Laural is the best! She is always so helpful. I thought I was needing a new phone bc I could barely hear anything and it just needed a simple clean out! Saved me!!! She’s assisted me with my Apple Watch when I first got it. And most importantly- she helped me bring a 15 year old phone back to life. It had all of my first born baby pictures on it and the device crashed and I thought I lost those pictures for good! Thanks to them, I have them back! I would highly recommend them! They never disappoint and they’re always very friendly!

I want to give a big thanks to Mrs. Laural and the staff at this location. I had a issue with a phone and this location went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with the phone. After a short period of time the phone was replaced with no charge as well as a few bonus gifts. I am going to recommend any and everyone I know about their excellent service. I am forever grateful that the issue was resolved in a timely manner. This place will forever be my go to store for all my cell phone needs, accessories, and etc. I love the staff they are nice, very engaging, and actually care about their customers and satisfying their needs. Highly recommend!!!!! 10/10 all the way across the board.
