My 2021 9th Gen 64GB ipad went unused for 4 years after purchasing it after my son dropped it and broke the screen. I found it on a shelf and decided to give the forgotten thing a chance. Smart Repair replaced the screen in about 5 hours. The young man working was very pleasant and nice to deal with but was obviously running the show completely by himself so don't be surprised if you have to wait several seconds before your urgent needs are met:). It is good to do business with some folks that still act like they value giving good old school customer service. Recommended.
