I brought my son's phone to them, after he decided to take it apart without my knowledge. The customer service was outstanding! Eventhough it wasn't able to be fix, they still didn't charge me for the time spent on it. I was even offered to by one in house. I would definitely recommend anyone who has issues with their phone to stop by.
