Our air conditioning went out and we had to call at 4:30. They were so nice and the maintenance person named Justin came out that evening. He tried really hard to fix it but unfortunately it needed something that had to be ordered. He did bring some window ac vents for us to have until they could fix the final problem BUT Justin was amazing. He had to stay for a while setting it up and trying to fix our air conditioner. He was the absolute best. Very polite and kind and trying everything to make sure we were going to be okay and comfortable. Every-time I have had to call pineapple property they have always been so kind to us which I appreciate so much. Thank you Justin for doing such a great job.
I’m convinced that all of these positive reviews are from people who received gift cards for writing something positive, written by bots, or family members of the employees involved within pineapple property group. Everything was fine living at my pineapple property managed apartment until I actually needed to get in contact with them. They respond to messages at glacial speed, deliver false promises on maintenance requests/general inquiries or they just completely ignore you altogether. My apartment got broken into and it took them multiple days to respond to my emails and calls to help me get my locks fixed. Also, they will nickel and dime you every month for rent utilities, and they will do whatever it takes to assure that you will not receive your full security deposit back. If you’re skeptical about this business, trust your skepticism and intuition and rent with another property group or lease from a private owner. If you’re thinking of using pineapple to manage a property that you own, just don’t and look elsewhere. This is a very shady company. Cheers y’all!
Taking $300 from our deposit to “paint” the walls, yet we didn’t leave any damage and are likely being charged for the patchy state it was in already. And the new unit we moved into is just as patchy and unaddressed with the wall paint and left over marks from the previous tenant. Not to mention the numerous things broken or missing from the unit, despite informing us it was ready to move in. The cherry on top is the inconsistent and unreliable communication through the online portal or text. Half the time we have to go to the office in person to get anything done. Be wary if you’re working with Kali as she’s been the most unreliable… Also yeah, what everyone is saying about the gift card to leave a nice a review is true.
