Super clean! The sauna is HOT and over 200 degrees! The cold plunges have flowing water which makes them even colder. Will definitely go back.

Headed here for the first time after a trail run, and really enjoyed my experience! I did the contrast therapy of sauna and cold plunge, followed by the red light therapy. The staff was very friendly, and wonderful about showing me around the space and sharing their knowledge of the therapies. I really appreciated the private rooms and the ease of moving between them for contrast therapy. I look forward to going back!

My Recovery Spa is the ultimate place to relax and recharge after a stressful day or a hard workout. It is immaculately clean and the front desk employees are incredibly helpful and kind. Sauna and red light therapy are amazing. Try it out!

The atmosphere is so relaxing and private. We love that we can recover in our own rooms, no matter what method we choose. The sauna, cold plunge, red light, and hot tub are all in their own space, which is very different from the large, public rooms that typically cater to this service. It feels luxurious, and the treatments have all proven to be very effective in my personal recovery and health journey. It is truly worth every cent.
