On July 3/25 I bought 12 items at the Bramalea City Centre. Yes, their clothes are expensive, but you pay for what you get. The qualify and fit were perfect ...it's the first time I don't have to adjust anything except the hem, which is normal. My husband ooohed and aaahed when I modelled them for him!! The two young ladies at the entrance welcomed me warmly. Saliya was lovely and provided excellent customer service by looking for different sizes and directing me to areas that she knew would suit me. She's a keeper for sure and I will look for her on my next visits! The items were beautifully wrapped and placed in beautiful bags. There's a surprise message at the bottom of the bags ...nice touch! Professional, accommodating, friendly service and high quality clothing. The only negative is that the change rooms need cleaning. I'll be back. Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Aritzia location. The sales associates were dismissive and unhelpful throughout my visit. I felt completely ignored, and the behavior of the staff came across as biased and unwelcoming. It was upsetting and uncomfortable, and I expected better from a brand like Aritzia. I hope they take customer service and inclusivity more seriously in the future.

Awesome experience with customer service here! Vaughan mills gave me the wrong stuff, and the girls, specifically Clarrista (sorry.. probably misspelled that) at Bramalea not only exchanged it, but had an assortment of options all ready for me to chose from! My 9 yr old daughter absolutely loves her new outfit!!!

If there was an option for 0 review, then i could have given that one, that location has zero sense of customer service, don’t even know how to talk with their customers, spent like $400 and their was a tall white girl showing an attitude like we did something wrong, never coming back again there in this location worst experience ever, second time visited there to get removed the hard tag from the jacket and same girl behaved really rudely. @Aritzia please hire educated people with some good skills of customer service.
