The Fitness and Nutrition challenge at Be Strong is one of the best around!! The coaches are extremely supportive and encouraging! I went into this a little uncertain of what to expect, and I know I will be leaving with an entirely new approach to my nutrition. I am growing in confidence with my nutrition decisions because of my incredible coach who has held my hand along the way! My greatest desire would be for anyone thinking about joining is to take the leap! You will be met with kindness and a judgement free zone. You will walk away with a completely new mindset on how to nourish your one and only body!

The coaches and crew at Be Strong are always there to keep me accountable and teach me when to learn. Their nutrition program is so simple it makes sense. The CrossFit classes initially felt intimidating but eventually have begun to feel like gym class (if you remember Presidential Fitness Testing). All in all, it’s a great place to meet dedicated, respectful, helpful, hard working peers that are physically superior in almost every way.

I HIGHLY recommend Be Strong! Their fitness coaching is so supportive, and the atmosphere is welcoming, regardless of your fitness level. Their nutrition program (HSN) is an amazing resource to further help you reach your wellness goals. My nutrition coach, Anna, really took the time to help me examine my "why" for adjusting my eating habits and making simple changes to reach my goals. No matter where you are in your health journey, or where you want to go, Be Strong and HSN have all the resources and support needed to help you reach your goals.

Their programming is top-notch—challenging yet perfectly scalable for all levels. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and foster a welcoming vibe that ensures I’ll return whenever I’m back in town from Texas. What really impressed me was their nutrition coaching through Healthy Steps Nutrition (HSN), which my home gym also uses. I met Anna, Be Strong’s nutrition coach, and she reinforced everything I’ve learned, offering personalized insights that clicked. The HSN coaches are professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in your progress, providing practical meal plans and consistent check-ins that make healthy eating sustainable. I visit Bloomington once or twice a year, and Be Strong is now my go-to gym here. Highly recommend!
