The work crews were experience in performing the installation and they worked efficiently. Premiers project managers (Kyle & Freddy) were good to work with. They visited the site daily to inspect the work and meet with the owner to discuss any questions or issues.

Not only were they the most thorough in their presentation, they were the lowest bid. The job was done in a timely manner and the attention to detail was outstanding. Communication was great as well as the after job completion site inspection. Austin and all of the crew members went above and beyond to insure that the condo association was happy. They had 2 crews working on 2 separate units and the roofers knew their jobs and were extremely courteous. The professionals at Premier Roofing recommended a complete tear off down to the original deck, then redeck with OSB and install top quality shingles. They took on this tough project with a highly skilled team, to complete it in only two days! Their crew came at the start of the day, prepared for any setbacks due to weather or any other unforeseen things that they often encounter. They took care of every last detail, and a thorough clean up. I am so impressed with Premier and all of their team. I will always recommend them in the future.

This was our third roofing job after being in our house almost 48 years, and after doing some research, I chose Premier. I was not disappointed! What sets the company apart is its range of services and attention to detail, as it offers the manufacturer’s certification in a number of different roofing shingles—not just one—and any questions or concerns I had were promptly answered so I really liked the ease of communication and care afforded the homeowner. I felt very comfortable and appreciated as a client. Premier does not endorse any kind of high profile sakes pitch, but instead presents itself as a company grateful for the opportunity to offer their services. Also, despite working around weather challenges, a complete deck over and beautiful new roof were put on both our house and garage in only one day, the Premier crew we had working very hard and efficiently, and cleaning up afterward. Plus, both Austin, our sales rep, and Kyle, our project manger, returned to do an inspection to make sure everything was done properly, with extra attention paid to not leaving any stray nails behind! (I appreciated all their efforts in helping us.) Premier also offers a lifetime workmanship warranty which is another reason I am glad I picked them! It makes a difference when there is a feeling of trust!
