I had a very frustrating experience with Premio Travels and Tour. They initially provided us with one set of charges, but once payment was made, they suddenly asked for additional charges. This feels like a clear scam, and I am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. Junaid, the employee handling our case, was no help at all. It’s incredibly disheartening to deal with a company that cannot be trusted. I would advise others to be cautious and avoid doing business with them.

Shockingly, shockingly HORRIBLE at what they do. Sales team extremely incompetent, stops replying after you've paid and lies. Don't wanna name names because every single agent was this way Save your hard earned money and literally choose any other travel agency over them. PS. They'll tell you that they have bad reviews from customers whose visas get rejected. So I'll warn you that I only used them for a hotel booking. A simple hotel booking that they messed up. Trust these bad reviews.

Big fraud. Terrible service. The lady named komal misguided me lied to me just to get the fee first. When I transferred them the fee she stopped attending my calls. She told me paperwork and insurance is included in the fee and it take’s only 3 days for the paperwork. Gave me my paperwork after 8 days and there was no insurance in it. When i tried to get ahold of her she stopped attending my calls. I sent my employee to their office and they said she is on leave etc etc. I asked for the owners number but they said they don’t have it. They are bunch of looters. Don’t even go near this office. You will just loose your money.

Do not do not DO NOT!!! go with these people. They are completely out of their depth with that they're doing, have clueless people assigned to your case who will eventually end up costing you 3x of what you actually had to pay because of their sheer incompetence. Even if you share a completed itenerary with them, they will somehow make the wrong bookings. For anyone reading this, please reach out to me directly for details but please do not waste your money with these clowns.
