Always polite administration support to set you up with a Doctor. Alternative means of contact offered and wait times are less than they say!!! Have had great success with my doctor…now my family doctor. So proactive! Even if not “ill” they are suggesting tests/consultations that can help in the future! Always impressed when I finish my call

Booked a last minute phone appointment for today. After waiting the hour and a half for the call to come, while waiting outside the neighbouring imaging office for an X-ray for a possibly broken foot, the call did not come. After not hearing anything or receiving a call for 25 minutes, I called the clinic only to be told “oh, it looks like this doctor has gone home for the day” (at 1:05pm…). I asked why I didn’t get a phone call, receptionist stated she wasn’t sure and would try and book me in for a later one tomorrow. Not helpful! When you register for an appointment and it’s confirmed, they send you a message saying it’s $93 for a missed appointment / call. But what about when the doctor decides to take the appointment and then just not call? Doesn’t help me with trying to get a requisition to get an X-ray for a possible break / fracture. Take caution - if you are in serious need of a doctor, don’t allow this place to be your only option - very unprofessional.

Always very helpful and easy to get an appointment! They are a busy office but the receptionists are patient and do their jobs efficiently :) have never had a doctor brush me off even if I’m not their regular patient.
