I have dealt with Prime Insurance for many years and will continue to have them do all my Fleet Insurance for my transport company. The team is always knowledgeable on all my needs. They are open 7 days a week and also open late during the week. They are located in Fleetwood Surrey area very close to Guilford Mall and Hwy 1 so very convenient and easy to get to from anywhere in the lower mainland. Lots of parking and friendly staff. I have been getting our car insurance done here for almost 10 years now, and they have never wavered on their great customer service. They always are able to answer our questions promptly. They have an awesome system in place for renewals as well, it won't take you more than ten minutes.

Would not help switch my insurance because it was "lunch break" called GN Insurance after i immediately hung up and they helped me. I mean these guys will help, but under their own time. Would recommend else where. Lazy workers.
