Me and my family have been living on this property for a few months now and since the beginning Brett has made it feel like an actual home. He's been honest, polite and super friendly to the kids. I've been on a few properties and I can honestly say he's our favorite. Not only is he honest, he's professional and does not make a problem worse but fixes the problem in a super kind way. Just wanted to say thank you Brett for everything you've done for me and my family.

Bret Clark at Prime Time has been absolutely AMAZING to rent from and his maintenance team is also wonderful! We are very blessed to be in one of his units, not just because the property is great but because he makes sure that we are taken care of for all of our tenant needs. Thank you Prime Time and Bret Clark.

Spent 10 days going back and forth with Brent Clark trying to get an application processed. When it was finally processed I was asked to pay an extra $500 deposit because my husband doesn't have a credit score (he is here on a student visa with a valid passport). I said no and then he went back to ask management if they would make an exception. He then told me to check my email for the lease. As I read the lease there is a paragraph that explicitly says that once the lease is signed, any issues with the apartment won't be changed. So I asked Bret if we could do another walk through so we could double check any issues and that we had noticed the balcony was rotting away and soft when walking on it. It was covered with a fake grass mat which had been either used to cover the damage or just left there and never removed from previous tenants. Either way, within 10 minutes of sending my request, he replied with "I think we are going to go a different direction. I was trying to help you guys out. Sounds like this apartment isn't the right fit for you. Best of luck going forward. Bret Clark" And promptly cancelled our lease account. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS read the lease before signing and ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS video or photograph ANY damage for defects of an apartment or home BEFORE signing anything. I'm frustrated with the money from the applications being lost and the time wasted but I'm so glad this happened because what an awful thing it would have been to move into an apartment where management won't fix real hazards because you signed their lease saying they wouldn't if it was a present issue beforehand.
