Picked up some empty crates in Idaho to be delivered at Pro lines. Got here at 7:45 am got a door right away. Paperwork in hand by 8:30 am. Nice employees. No overnight parking. I didn't see any side street parking close by.

They called me on Monday to schedule the delivery of the desk for Tuesday between 10am-2pm. I made the necessary work arrangements to be home for the delivery. At 3 o'clock on Tuesday I called their customer support line to find out what happened, at which point they informed me that the paperwork had never been processed properly and that it never made it on the truck. She specifically said "This happens all the time it's no big deal..." at which point I informed her that people being home from work is kind of a big deal. I then rescheduled with her to have the table delivered again today between 11-3pm. At 3 o'clock today I called to find out what happened and effectively they told me the exact same thing happened. Apparently the driver called in sick this morning but they failed to communicate to me that it wasn't going to arrive at all....again. I asked for some reconciliation of cost or refund and they said 'we don't do those.' Extremely low level of professionalism and would not recommend.
