Went here the service was friendly and I was seen fast but I have to give it one star because when they asked me my symptoms I told the nurse about my throat and the provider and the provider had me elaborate on my throat when I said it feels like it's closing in and I said it was heavy and hurts. And I may have even wrote it on my intake papers. And when I called today she recommended I come back in and take another panel because she didn't include strep testing because "I had not mentioned my throat", when it was mentioned for sure two times with a possibility of three time. Unfortunately I do not have an extra $50 to throw around like that. Would easily bump the stars to 5 if the team listened, missing one of the most important aspects of the job.

This place is fantastic. Been here a few times and wait times are not bad. The doctors and nurses are so sweet and explain everything. Even the receptionist is great, informative and quick. Was in and out in a reasonable time. For quick or small emergencies this place is a good option for people.

All staff members were kind, helpful and genuinely cared. One of the most pleasant Urgent care my wife and I have used for medical reasons. Additionally, I received a follow up call 2 days later to see how the how I was doing. Haven't had that service in ages! Thanks for being patient focused.

This is hands down the best medical facility I have ever been to! Not only was is super quick in and out but the entire staff was beyond kind. This hlis how the medical field should be, and no one holds a candle to this place. I'm a forever customer.
