Property Management Redefined

We rented this property with PMR for 15 months well we related from Florida to Philly & from start to finish it was a seamless process. We were able to take care of the entire leasing process well still leaving in Florida which made the rental of the property very easy & when we moved in the home was exactly as the photos had looked. Well living in the property we had one semi major issue which we needed to contact PMR to have the service team come out to the property. Andrew & a member of his team from PMR came out to the home & were able to quickly identify we’re the issue was located & corrected it with in one visit to the home. When it came to the end of our lease, the move out was just as seamless as the move in & we even received a personnel phone call from Andrew upon his post move out inspection to thanks us for leasing with them & wishing the best for your new home. I would like to thank all the member of PMR for a great leasing experience.

I am really amazed at the level of high professionalism with property Management Redefine. The property that I viewed was as beautiful as the pictures provided on the website. The property was well kept up to maintenance. The tour guide was also professional and on time. He clearly explained all details about the property. I'm really appreciative of the time and effort that property Management redefine and viewing agent provided me.
