I have had an excellent experience with Pro Renter Property Management. They take care of everything. I do not have to worry about anything. Paul is so easy to work with, he is very professional and is always able to answer any question. If you ever need to rent your home ProRenter is the best. I have recommended this Management company to several people to use. This is the best Management team that I know and will continue to use.

My wife and I had to relocate due to my work. We were recommended other property rental companies and toured probably 12+ homes in the Davis area through other companies. We are not super picky but we felt like each one was obviously a rental property (trashed) with very little done to upkeep other than a coat of paint. We found ProRenter online and toured two of their properties. It was a relief from what we had been seeing. Both properties were kept up and clean. The properties matched what they looked like in photos. The application process was fairly easy and we were able to get into the second property with ease. We’ve been here about 9 months. They have been an easy management group, which we appreciate. Pay on time and treat the property with respect and boom. No issues. They do their inspections and notify you before hand. If you have issues they are extremely quick to respond and resolve any maintenance requests. Tanisha has been great at responding and checking in to verify everything has been handled. We had a toilet replaced, sprinkler fixed and dishwasher our dishwasher stopped working, and it has all been resolved or replaced within a day. It’s been great so far.

The team at ProRenter and specifically, Joe Hernandez, have been fantastic during the lease agreement and move in phase. Joe's communication was always prompt, professional, and detailed. Joe went above and beyond to get my questions answered and frequently checked in to see if I needed anything. The communication throughout the processes was the best I've encountered in all my years of renting!
