Jaspal was very helpful and knowledgeable about our Life Insurance options. He was friendly and easy to talk to. He explained our options very well and helped us make decisions based on our needs. He also gave us options for life insurance for our (almost adult) children which is something we had not ever thought about. I’ve been with this company for over 15 years. Since the merge they’ve been little to no help. I tried to open a savings account attached to my chequing account and was told I can’t at this time. Due to my credit, yet my credit is in the 700s. I’ve always had trouble with their mobile banking app not working or glitching out, and I need something reliable. I’m going to recommend using a different bank, this one is useless.

I will be leaving Prospers after 25+ years with Westminster savings. I places a call at 11.11am left a message for a callback I and it's now 2pm... really it takes over 2 hours to call a client back, DISGRACEFUL. If I had a ZERO STARS THIS WOULD BE THE SCORE!!! I wonder how many people lost their jobs with this merger... service has been terrible since the changeover in January 2022 both in person and now NO SERVICE on line. Save yourself the trouble and bank elsewhere... I know I will!!!
