This is the first time we have used Quality Appliance Service. Our normal Appliance repair company was not an authorized repair center for LG. We were fortunate that the compressor in our fridge was still under parts warranty by 4 months. I am very pleased with the level of service and customer service we received. Shannon in the office was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to answer all of our questions and schedule our service. We found out the compressor in the LG fridges that use the linear compressors are notorious for going out and why there is a 10 year warranty on them. Dustin, the technician was courteous, arrived on time and had the compressor replaced and up and running in about an hour. He removed all the trash and old compressor. You wouldn't have known he was even ther. There were no surprise costs. We paid what we were quoted. I highly recommended Quality Appliance Service.

I am giving the 5 stars to the technician Dustin who came out to actually fix our refrigerator. Before he started i explained all we had gone thru and he listened. He was very nice, worked quickly, cleaned up any mess he made, and let me know exactly what he did to fix it. This review is strictly for Dustin. He did a great job and deserves it.

Great appliance company located in Azle. Shannon, the office manager is very professional and timely. She manages appointments, schedules repairs, appliance delivery and installations of parts. Jim, her husband is knowledgeable in troubleshooting and installations of parts as well as installations of new products. They are several other techs as well. After the tech came to my house to troubleshoot the issue it was determined that my 8 year old basic dishwasher was not worth repairing. The tech and office manager gave me a few options. After a month of searching, researching we decided to buy a new out of box kitchenaid from Quality Appliance at a great price. This company is trustworthy, friendly, upfront on pricing for repairs, parts including the shipping cost and or recommends to repair or just buy a new appliance. The techs also will give you advice on taking care including cleaning to maximize the products durability. I highly recommend this company in Azle. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Quality Appliance of Azle was suggested to me by a dear friend of mine who owns & operates an hvac company. He & his crew had recently installed a much needed ac condenser for our home, but now it was our dryer, a Kenmore model, that needed attention. I called and spoke with Shannon the office manageress, and is also my friends daughter (lol) ... so obviously good customer service runs in the family. She was polite, professional, and very down to earth ... loved it. Robin was the tech assigned to fix our dryer. He came out on Wed (2/12/25), and determined that a bad thermal fuse was the cause of the dryer not heating. He had to order the part, and it came in so fast, they were ready to install it that Friday, the 14th ... but due to prior commitments, we opted to wait til Mon (2/17/25). Robin returned with the part, got it installed, problem solved. Yeah, it was that quick! I highly recommend Quality Appliance, and yes ... if I ever have another appliance issue, they will definitely be my "go to" source for appliance repair. Shannon was excellent, Robin was fantastic. So in closing, I'll say it this way ... if you've called the rest, then it's time to call the best ... Quality Appliance of Azle!
