Poor customer service. Right off the check-in, the attendant asked why I was reading what she asked me to sign. She said it's only a sign in request what's the problem? Attitude overload.|Restraunt service? Deplorable. Waited 45 minutes for our food and it wasn't even busy. Food was good but by that time our drink glass was empty and waitress didn't even notice. |Nobody came back to ask if we wanted coffee or desert or even suggested we needed to pay at the front desk. |And, lastly, we were in a fishing community where one would expect to be treated to a delicious seafood meal. Guess what? No codfish. That was the last straw.|I've been to Harbour Breton twice...first time and last time.|But Mother Nature didn't disappoint.

😢: A lot more detail needs to go into housekeeping. The heater in the bathroom was coated with dust and hair, there was hair on the tub, the shower looked like it hadn't been washed down in a while, drapes and valance needed to be vacuumed. Comfort height toilets would also be a good idea..

We spent one night here in May, 2017. At first I thought it would be a small town hotel with not so great services. I was mistaken! The hotel has been recently renovated and it is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was clean and large. The room was large enough for 4 adults. The beds were AMAZING! Maybe the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! We ate in the restaurant for supper and the food was delicious - homemade style. The complimentary breakfast was fine with toast, instant oatmeal, tea, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, etc. I would have liked to have had fruit and yoghurt though. But all in all it was a very comfortable night! Definitely a great place to stay!
