The rooms are very clean. Excellent value and front desk staff is nice. We'll stay here again! Close to Marion and places to eat. Indoor pool looked very nice although we didn't use it this trip.

False Advertising & Terrible Customer Service – Avoid Booking Here! I booked a stay through Hotels.com at the Fairbridge Express Inn based on the photos and description listed on their site. What a mistake! The images on the website are *completely misleading*—they’re clearly outdated and do *not* represent the actual condition of the property. When I arrived, I was shocked by how run-down and poorly maintained the place was compared to what I saw online. I immediately submitted a dispute with Hotels.com at the time of check-in, thinking they’d stand by their word and help resolve the issue. They assured me they would "handle the case." Days later, I received an email stating my dispute was denied and that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund—no explanation, no accountability. I trusted Hotels.com to provide accurate information and support when issues arise, but clearly, they do not vet their listings or stand by their customers. This was a complete waste of money and a frustrating experience. Be cautious when booking through this site—they do *not* protect their customers from false advertising.

This hotel was filthy. The toilet didn't flush properly, there was barely a dribble of water from the bathroom sink. But the worse part was I woke up at 3 a.m. to a cockroach on my arm. There were little baby ones and fully grown ones. I killed a few of them and presented them to the front desk at check out. The young girl at the desk didn't seem particularly surprised or concerned. It looks ok in pictures, but DO NOT let that fool you - IT IS A DUMP !!!
