Quality Inn & Suites Columbus West

Guys listen, it's a 50.00 hotel. It very obviously needs some work. There are large and small cockroaches in the rooms, on the walls, and in the windows. One of our towels was already dirty and folded over so you couldn't see the dirt. The beds were very comfortable and essentially clean. The shower was hot and drained fine. Toilet paper was softer than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. We chose to skip the breakfast because of the bug situation upstairs but there is a Continental breakfast offered. Staff was friendly and helped us immediately get in our room when we accidentally locked ourselves out. If you stay here, just don't bring all your bags inside. Bring in what you need to shower and sleep and you should be able to avoid bringing any bugs back with you. The bed really was nice. And the AC was cold. In a good way.

Do not..... I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews and that is our fault. But all of these reviews are TRUE. Dirty sheets, BUGS, we had 0 hot water and bad to have someone fix it. Holes all over the walls what looked like blood stains on the light switches. Honestly I truly believe that this place needs to have an investigation in all rooms and I bet they will find more things than you can imagine.

This was the worst experience ive ever had. The rooms smelled terrible, were filthy, everything was damaged and oddly sticky. If I could give it 0 stars I would. No drain in the shower, just straight access to the plumbing. A big ol hole in the tub. And there was yellow goo smeared on the walls of a shower. I asked for a refund or a new room. The second room had no working lights. And the third, while in better shape than the first 2, smelled so bad I couldn't stay. I asked for a refund, was given none, and went across the street to the comfort inn where I received excellent customer service and a clean room. Stay there instead! Whatever you do. Dont stay at days inn.
