We booked a room with a king bed and jacuzzi tub to relax for the evening. We live nearby but just wanted the jacuzzi to sit in and drink wine and relax. When we checked it before I signed the receipt, I asked,” this is the jacuzzi room, right?” The lady at the counter said yes it is, so I signed and we went to our room, #321. We had a glass of wine and ordered door dash. We turned on the water. When it was up to the correct level, I pressed the jacuzzi button and nothing happened. I thought I had done something wrong and called the desk. He said a repair man was coming in the morning and it has been broken for 2 months. At this point we had already had wine and didn’t want to drive home although we were very disappointed as the only reason we were there was the jacuzzi. At check out I asked the manager why they would put us in a jacuzzi room that didn’t work. She said it still was a large soaker tub and it hasn’t been working for about 2 years, she offered us $50 which is an insult on a room that was $290. I refused that amount and talked to the owner later that same day. He did give me a refund of half but what a waste of our weekend. I could have booked a room elsewhere, had I just been told it didn’t work 2 weeks prior when I booked the room and called to confirm the jacuzzi. How absolutely ridiculous.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Suites in Quispamsis and had a disappointing experience.||I accidentally booked my room for Thursday, Sept 25th instead of the 26th. When I arrived on the 26th, I was told I had been charged for the missed night. I completely understood that this was my mistake, and I politely asked if a refund could be considered. The front desk clerk was very professional and explained that refunds are possible if the hotel had lots of availability the previous day, but not if they were sold out. He reassured me that there were indeed plenty of rooms available, so I should expect a refund once the manager was in.||I left feeling confident, as the clerk was kind, helpful, and seemed to want to make things right. Unfortunately, that’s where things changed.||Despite multiple reassurances, no one from management ever followed up. I called repeatedly, was promised return calls that never came, and finally spoke with the manager’s superior who's name was Gino the General Manager... At that point, I was told a completely different story... that the hotel had been full and I would not be refunded. It felt dishonest and frustrating, especially after the front desk staff had gone out of their way to reassure me otherwise. When I asked for owner contact information, I was refused.||I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the front desk clerk, who handled the situation with patience and empathy. Sadly, the lack of accountability and transparency from management has left me feeling misled and unwelcome. Mistakes happen, on both sides, but honesty and follow-through go a long way.||I hope this feedback helps improve communication and consistency, because with better management, this property could really shine. And it appears many of the dissatisfied customers and reviews are due to the lack of communication and contact from this General Manager....

The hotel was a bit off the main road but we'll worth it. Room was perfect. Breakfast with China and silverware &cups was so nice and very good bkfst. Very happy with our stay.

The check in person wasn’t very friendly and not as helpful as I had hoped. This was my first time staying at your hotel in Quispamsis, so I wasn’t aware of the room layout. My husband uses a walker and we had a room in the second floor and it was right at the end of the hallway which was a long walk for my husband, I asked the front desk clerk if she had another room available and she said no because the hotel was full. However I didn’t think everyone had checked in yet and that maybe she could change our room, but she did even look. Everything else with our stay was very good especially the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. One lady, Angela on the cleaning staff even offered to help me bring my luggage downstairs to my vechicle.
