This hotel is so disgusting. When you first walk in the hotel it smells nice but as soon as you get in the lobby it smells musty and moldy. The service was not that great. The first room they gave me smelled like mold. So I requested a new room, which they gave me the room right about the first one and it was much worse than the first. So I had to get another room. The first night my daughter and I ended up sleeping in my car because there were small little geckos all through out the hotel that got in my room. We had to keep the room really cold to make sure they stayed out of our room. The halls and stairwell were very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning either.

Good place if you are desperate. Pros: front desk workers are mostly nice, hot coffee 24/7, nice room layout, good refrigerator, clean bathroom, enough space for long stay, sufficient outlets and wifi, allowed my cat to stay for extra $5/day Cons: Completely different from website booking, stains on every surface. Ice dispenser in the lobby is horribly moldy, patio is filthy, wasps at every exit, washing machine broken for our whole stay (3 months), take out your own trash to the dump, AC machine moldy and dusty on arrival, $100/day LONG-TERM booking.

Overall, the pictures of the hotel were definitely misleading, the entire place felt abysmally cramped for the two of us. Housekeeping is once a week, breakfast is 4-6am on weekdays (4-7am for our stay). With breakfast being jimmydean sausage microwaveables, a blueberry muffin, and questionably mushy apples. If you're an out of towner, there is something you should also know. Driving from New Orleans to Bell Chasse has a toll bridge that is $3 / trip over it, and if you are wanting to get an uber to the airport, or back here from NOLA? You will be spending $70 on an uber (or $200 for a lyft). The staff present were wonderful every time I saw them, but it was pretty bad overall.

The pictures to the hotel are so misleading, this place is absolutely disgusting. It looks nice on the outside but as soon as you go in you can smell the mold. The hotel room was so gross and smelled terrible. The carpet and the walls were so gross. We saw several ants on the bed. We tried to find another hotel to stay in but everything was booked. When we checked in the lady in the front desk didn’t say a single word to me, she just gave me paperwork and my keys, so unprofessional. The lady that we checked out with was so much nicer. If we’re ever back in the area there’s is absolutely no way we’ll stay here, I’d rather sleep in my car.
