Quality Inn I-74 Batesville

I usually don’t write reviews unless something really stands out—but this place was unacceptable. The room smelled like a cow shed, and although the bathroom looked clean, it had a horrible odor and the exhaust fan didn’t work. I had no choice but to stay the night and left early in the morning. Despite claiming to be a non-smoking property, the entire place smelled like heavy smoke. As for breakfast, it was a joke: no juice (machine empty), coffee tasted old, and only a few cereal bars were available. I expected a certain standard from a property advertised under the Wyndham name, but this was a huge letdown. Even if the stay is free, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s disappointing that it’s even listed on platforms like Expedia

Drove from Texas with false information. To get kicked out after being told that they can't give us a weekly rate cause our company doesn't have a contract with this hotel. So we have to leave cause we need a weekly rate. 19hrs drive to be lied to by 2 separate people who have no clue what they saying. Yet some of our co-workers got a weekly rate with no problem. This is ridiculous. Make sure you ask for a manager before you get any info from any employee from this hotel. Never had this problem before with any Super 8 in any state of the country but Hammond Indiana

Positive: Cleanliness Staff was attentive. Negative: I saw a problem with the breakfast issue. The hotel address shows continental breakfast, it does not offer breakfast. A cup of coffee is not a continental breakfast.
