So apparently Home Depot uses this company for its appliance deliveries. Our landlord bought a fridge from Home Depot and wanted it delivered as ours was old and failing. Home Depot said they could and said it would take a week. We are in the same city. Ridiculous but what can you do. They showed up at the correct time but plugged in the fridge immediately, even though they are supposed to wait 24 hours to avoid compressor damage. The fridge was too large for the space, so the landlord bought another fridge from Home Depot that would fit. There was a bit of a wait to get the fridge in, but Home Depot said it would be delivered by the 15th. By this point we have been waiting for 11 days with a fridge we can barely access. The 15th came and all plans were put on hold to accommodate the delivery of the fridge. We received a message saying that the delivery was cancelled due to the driver being sick and it would be rescheduled for the 18th. So you’re telling me your entire delivery business cannot function if the driver can’t make it to work? Wouldn’t it be wise to have a backup driver so that you’re not playing with people’s busy lives? Terrible service and a bad company.

They delivered a heavy and bulky item from Canadian Tire. Very professional, courteous, on time. It was a tight fit inside the house and down narrow staircase. They nailed it, not a scratch on the walls.

Nailed it.... I got a new washer and dryer from home depot... it came way faster than it was promised. Delivered efficiently and quickly. No dings. No dents and I think my walls might be in better shape then before they came. Jordan and Jeff killed it with speed and accuracy. Even hooked it all up while i waited. Could not have asked for a better time.

Worst experience ever. Bought a dishwasher from Costco over a month ago and still haven't received it due to the disorganization of this company. They scheduled me in for the "earliest possible delivery date" that was over a month away. Then they called me on days the delivery was not scheduled for saying "on our way" without notice! They did that twice, said they would call to reschedule, never did, then didn't even show up for the scheduled date. Beyond annoyed. If i could give 0 stars i would.
