We love our Gresham quick lane. We have been bringing our trucks here for years. Now our other vehicles aswell. Jordan is amazing the other staff is aswell. They do great work on our vehicles. Disappointing to see all these issues logged about making an appointment only to wait hours for the service to be done. I to had the same issue last week, my 9am appointment had me waiting at least 2.5 hours, longer if I didn't say anything. I left after one. Totally inept business culture. I talked to management, and they said they would like to fix the issue. If they can't figure it out for as long as these issues have persisted, you should stay away.

Got .y tires replaced, one of the techs overinflated my tire by alot, after it was done I noticed it was dangerously overinflated and had to let alot of air out. I was just lucky I caught it almost immediately after I left otherwise something bad could have happened. Other than that their service was pretty good and they seem to have friendly staff

The only place I trust to change the oil in my loved RS! With their service team.I know the job is going to be done right! I wish the waiting times could be a little less but they're busy for a reason. these guys do great work!
