I was visiting Baltimore from out of state last week when, unfortunately, I was injured pretty badly. I was honestly so impressed at the amazing treatment I received both medically and personally. Everyone I met was so kind - exactly what someone needs when going through something traumatic. They put me back together quickly and discharged me. Highly recommend.

They stole my iPhone almost as soon as I was brought in as a patient. They said I had it on me when I was brought in but now three weeks later they’re trying to say I had nothing on me when I was brought here. I want my phone, they aren’t going to get away with stealing 1400$ from me. Also the care I received here was subpar.

My son was flown there after a car accident. The people there are amazing, even in the ER. The Neurotrauma staff on the 4th floor in Shock Trauma are outstanding! Their sincere care and compassion made a traumatic and painful time of loss a little more bearable. We will be forever grateful for them. The only challenge to the hospital is finding parking with all the construction happening around the building.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husbands niece was flown in from out of town and her parents called us to go to the hospital because we were local. Upon arriving at the hospital we were told that we would be able to go up and see our niece however once her parents arrived we’d have to come out because only 2 visitors could be in the room at time. We were completely fine with that and things were going smooth until we arrived in the Shock Trauma waiting area. We were told to ask for Nicole who would help us, fake news! Nicole was busy taking personal calls on her cell phone, walking the halls and avoiding assisting visitors. After waiting for ever I approached Nicole who had zero customer service skills and gave me a bunch of excuses. Long story short the parents arrived and still weren’t taken back to see their daughter or provided an update on her status and mind you she’d been flown in from another part of the state. My niece was later discharged and get this, her wounds weren’t even cleaned up. I took my puppy to the vet earlier in the day and she was treated more humanely than my family was at this facility. Healthcare in the US is appalling!
