My experience at the Westin was amazing. It started off with a warm welcoming from front desk at check-In, the food was good, I had a clean room ( daily) . All staff were friendly and very helpful. |Terra (manager) really went above and beyond with making sure that myself and coworkers were taking care of. No matter if it was a room issue, parking questions, using the business lounge, or great food/ restaurant recommendations. |The Westin will be always be our first choice whenever we need room accommodation. ||Thank you to the whole Westin Staff.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really stood out was the service. Shanti went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. She was kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work, and her warm personality made me feel truly cared for.||Thanks to Shanti, my stay felt special, and I left with a very positive impression. I highly recommend this place, and I hope Shanti is recognized for the amazing service she provides!

Nothile was incredibly warm and polite throughout my stay. She always had a radiant smile on her face and never hesitated to assist me whenever I needed help. Her customer service was truly outstanding. When I checked in, she kindly walked me to the elevator to ensure I knew exactly where to go, and she also provided me with breakfast coupons to make my stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to deliver an elite customer experience, and I truly appreciated her care and professionalism.

Was greeted at check in by Anelisa. What a pleasant experience. Efficient check in, answered all my questions and sent us to our room with a smile. Awesome. Room was clean and spacious. Furniture in room in very good condition. Hotel was quiet. A good stay. Just fyi, October 2025, the city is doing construction work on the garage next door. The entrance to the hotel front drive off W Washington St is a little hidden and narrow. Just go slow approaching, especially at night and you won’t miss it.
