An update to their response: THERE WAS NO INSPECTION! The only reason you sent Chris out was to do an upsell for a total replacement. If there was any intention to do a repair, he would have been on the roof doing an actual inspection like other very reputable contractors did. This company is shady and unprofessional and I would suggest going elsewhere if you want an honest inspection. Super disappointed in this company. I called for a roof repair because we could not afford a full replacement right now. They send out a guy named Christian who says he is their expert repair person but doesn't even get up onto the roof to see what is possibly wrong. He just stood on the lawn and said because of the type of shingles they would not repair whatever is wrong and would only do a full replacement. What a shady company. I will not use them as planned for the other property we have where we need a full replacement as I do not believe they are trustworthy at all. I have other companies who will do a full inspection on the roof and do the repair as we asked. I am super surprised at this company since they were recommended to us but clearly that assessment was wrong. It is shocking he did not even go up to the roof to take a look. Incredible!

Terrible. Do not waste your time with this company! Brent came out to provide an estimate and agreed to do the work mid October. I text the day that the work was supposed to occur and he says “Sorry we were over booked due to rain the other day.” We rescheduled for today Tuesday 10/28 and no one showed up at the scheduled time. No call or anything. Complete waste of time!!
