Jamie DoehlerThis place is run down & disgusting. I am aware that some people had appointments but I sat near reception and was able to hear other walk-in clients come in & be in & out before I was ever even taken in. These people are racist towards white & black people. They’re extremely unprofessional, all sitting at reception or “the lab” speaking loudly and laughing with eachother in their language. This place is insanitary & run down. I went to get something to drink & even the vending machine was empty.. Not to mention I waited nearly 2 hours to see someone. Shameful.
GurleenI had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel. I originally went to another clinic for stitches but was turned away, so I came here hoping for better care—and I’m so glad I did. Dr. Patel welcomed me right away and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very kind, professional, and thorough in answering all my questions. His stitching technique was the best I’ve ever experienced—minimal pain, extremely clean and precise work, and overall excellent care. He also maintained a high level of hygiene, which gave me even more confidence in the treatment. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of medical care. Anthony TallimTerrible experience, waited for almost an hour when other people would walk in and get serviced right away due to it being an Indian ran office.. Absolutely disgusting. I've never been to medical office where you can't even sit on the medical desk.. I had to stand to get checked out by the doctor , garbage on the floors in the waiting room unsanitary, unprofessional, this practice should be closed immediately.
Jackie DaoI am not sure why this place has such low ratings. I have used this walk in clinic multiple times throughout the past two years and the service I received was always very decent. The wait times vary but I have never waited longer than 40 minutes. The staff are usually busy because there are lots of patients but they have never been disrespectful or unprofessional towards me. This place is close to my home and the hours are long. Despite the other reviews, I have never experienced any bad service from them. I would personally recommend this place as a good walk in clinic in Brampton but this is just my opinion.
