We have rented from Real Life Rentals for years now and we have never had a better experience. Their properties are very clean and well maintained. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and professional and are a pleasure to deal with. And maintenance issues are dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Recently they notified us that our lease was not being renewed and we would have to vacate because they are selling the unit. Finding a new place is always very stressful...especially nowadays...but Real Life Rentals really took care of us. They went out of their way to help us find another of their properties that we could move in to. They took the time and effort to make sure the new place suited out needs and it's even nicer than the one we're leaving. Adina was especially amazing. Not only did she help us through the whole process but she even helped us find additional housing supports that will make our new place more affordable. The support that Real Life Rentals extended to us is absolutely amazing. Never in my life have I experienced such kindness and consideration from a landlord. As far as I'm concerned there is no better company to rent from than Real Life Rentals.

I rented with Real Life in one of their townhouse units and had a pleasant experience. For the 19-month period I lived in the unit, periodic maintenance and inspections were conducted as at when due. They responded to requests in timely fashion. If they have to come into the unit, they provided ample notice. Very good experience with Real Life Rentals. Very supportive staff, maintenance services are excellent, no matter if it is harsh winter or summer. Property manager is very friendly and approachable. In any case and in any circumstances we were getting responses within few hours and issues get resolved without any delay. Highly recommended!
