I rented from these people and it was the worst experience ever. The fridge went out and they replaced it with a refurbished fridge that was broken. I called spoke with Amber who is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL she told me I need to purchase a cooler and ice and place all of my items in there until the fridge was repaired and laughed about my situation. She never gave a date that it would be ready. I asked to speak with her supervisor. He said there was nothing he could do. I told him I shouldn't have to placed all my items in a cooler which I lost by the way in a cooler. I paid $1,100 a month and they refused to provide a functioning fridge. He proceeded to tell me well it's cold enough outside you can just put your food out there. I wanted to be reimbursed for the food lost he wanted me to produce a receipt. Sorry, I don't hold on to grocery receipts but thank God I have a great job and was able to provide for myself and kids. I moved out that same weekend. I was treated horribly. Do not deal with this company they are very unprofessional you are better off in an apartment.
