I was going to wait until I moved out to review this company but my lease isn’t up until December so I might as well say it now. This is the WORST company to rent from. It may sound surprising consider they have a lot of 5 star reviews (they paid for). Upon moving into the unit it was DIRTY! They did not clean it at all. As well, the back door lock was broken and the front door had a large gap in it which was letting a draft in causing the unit to be super cold (I moved in November). The last tenant left a lot of things there which was not removed which makes me think no one came in to clean. As well, there was food residue left all over the stove. I sent pictures to the leasing office about it but nothing was cleaned. Moving forward it took them 26 days to fix the back door lock and the front door. The unit at that time was uninhabitable due to safety concerns. When discussing paying a prorated rent, it took them two months to get back to me. I sent over 20 emails and called everyday. It was not until I called from a different number that I finally got in contact with someone because they were blatantly ignoring me but threatening to evict me due to their own negligence. It was not until I had threatened to sue and even had to drive all the way to their office to get a response. There wasn’t much resolution but at that point I was over it. NOW I’m dealing with an influx of spiders and of course I have to take care of it myself, I’m noticing gaps in the windows, and a bunch of other issues with the home. They do not care about the quality of the home. They do not care about their tenants. They’re unresponsive, not helpful, and overall provide the poorest communication I have ever dealt with. This is my first time working with a private landlord and I will never do it again. I wish I could break my lease. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is completely unprofessional. They take forever to address maintenance issues…if they fix them at all and getting a call back is nearly impossible. Communication is poor, follow-through is nonexistent, and tenant concerns clearly aren’t a priority. Honestly, they must be paying for these 5-star reviews, because there’s no way they’re from real experiences. I would not recommend renting from or working with this company under any circumstances.

I have only been in my unit for less that 90 days. The level of professionalism is non existent! They care about money and MONEY ONLY! yet you have to live with unstable cabinets, shotty electric meaning one second you have lights and the next you don’t! Currently my sink is throwing up water from the garage disposal and the dishwasher just squirting water but don’t worry Gustavo will be here Sunday to fix it!!! Rent from people that actually care!

This review is for one employee solely. While I don’t typically leave reviews, I wanted to be sure to shout out Saif as they were super helpful in accommodating and problem solving a plumbing emergency with us last weekend. They were super communicative and helped coordinate getting the issue resolved as soon as possible even while largely handling the issue themselves and despite many challenges coming up. This was especially awesome where we struggled to get solid updates and communication on resolving this elsewhere. Thank you, Saif!
